Writer and Project Manager

As content professionals, we have years of experience, but with Scratch, we’re starting anew. That's why every piece of business matters just a little more to us. We can't afford to slip up, and we refuse to sit back. It's not just business, it's personal. So whether we are writing social media copy, designing brochures, or creating a launch film, we think AS the customer, not just FOR them. Writer & Project Manager

What you will do:

• Write clear, impactful content across various formats, including emailers, blogs, brochures, websites, UI/UX, and intranet (writing skills are non-negotiable!)
• Work primarily on B2B client projects, turning business-speak into engaging content
• Manage clients on a daily basis — setting expectations, sharing updates, keeping projects on track
• Collaborate with designers (basic design sense is a must — you should know what works visually)
• Bring creative ideas to the table and see them through to execution

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent writing skills (yes, we’re repeating it because this is the deal-breaker)
• Strong client communication skills and project management experience
• A flair for creativity + sharp attention to detail
• Familiarity with design basics and comfort working with creative teams
• Someone who loves working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment
