Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facility management (housekeeping, MEP, security, etc.
• Vendor management – onboarding, performance review, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, statutory, and environmental regulations
• Monitor AMC contracts, utility consumption, and budget tracking
• Handle client interactions, reporting, and MIS generation
• Lead and manage on-ground facility staff and supervisors

• Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and experienced Workspace Operations Executive / Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our premium coworking center at Levelle Road, Bangalore. Candidates with experience in reputed coworking companies like WeWork, iSprout, Scooter Table Space, 91Springboard, or BHIVE will be highly preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the coworking center including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in member onboarding, space walkthroughs, and resolving client concerns promptly.
• Coordinate events, community engagement activities, and internal team functions.
• Monitor occupancy, track inventory, and ensure operational costs are optimized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
