Workshop Supervisor

We’re looking for a capable Workshop Incharge to manage our material sample preparation facility. You will oversee daily operations, guide technicians, and ensure that machining and fabrication meet client and test specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the cutting, grinding, and machining of samples for testing
• Ensure timely coordination between workshop and testing departments
• Maintain workshop tools and schedule preventive maintenance
• Train and monitor junior technicians and helpers
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in workshop supervision
• Knowledge of lathes, grinders, saws, and sample prep equipment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,339.89 - ₹58,290.10 per month
