Workshop Supervisor

1. Responsible for coordinating with drivers to understand repairs needed on vehicles.

2. Preparing repair job sheets and monitoring repairs

3. Performing and documenting inspections of Tyre's, completing schedule maintenance, inspecting truck documents, body and paint repairs etc.

4. Arranging parts for conducting repairs, keeping inventory of parts and bills

5. Following up with mechanics, electricians etc for completing repairs on time

6. Managing a route breakdown with local mechanics and workshops

7. Coordinating with workshop managers, area CSM for scheduling workshop visits and confirming availability of parts, vehicle reporting, timely completion of repairs, payments

8. Inspecting Tyre's for claim, dealing with Tyre OEM for claim settlement

9. Sale of metal and Tyre scrap

10. Ensuring fleet uptime at company standards

11. Preparing monthly MIS reports on formats provided, meeting with OEMs to improve uptime of fleet.
