Job Description

Role Overview: As a Workspace Experience Enabler (Community Executive/Front Office Supervisor) at JLL, you will be responsible for creating a delightful, customer-centric experience for occupants of a large upscale modern office. Your main focus will be on providing an outstanding workspace experience by being the single point of contact for daily workspace needs on the office floors and serving as a counsel to the employees present. Key Responsibilities: - Establish a direct relationship with the employees working from the office - Act as a single point of contact for employees for issue resolution and workspace changes within the premises - Respond to and close all service tickets and feedback within defined service level agreements (SLA) - Share observations regarding any misalignment to defined guidelines for using office amenities - Have periodic connects with all points of contact of different businesses to understand their perspective of service - Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations - Consolidate feedback to the management team regularly for ongoing improvement implementation - Report any concerns or patterns in employee feedback periodically to the assistant workspace experience manager - Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success - Drive client-specific initiatives such as technology roll-outs, benchmarking, and best practices - Ensure operations are aligned with financial processes and adhere to controls to achieve good financial management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/Degree in Hotel Management, business, or other related field - 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel & aviation industry, or coworking spaces - Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements - Proficient in MS Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Details of the Company: JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
