Job Description

As a Workspace Experience Enabler (Community Executive/Front Office Supervisor) at JLL, your role is crucial in creating a delightful and customer-centric experience for occupants of a large upscale modern office. You will be the single point of contact for daily workspace needs on the office floors and a trusted counselor to the employees present. Your deep understanding of the workspace and surrounding areas will contribute to providing outstanding experiences to the occupants. **Major Responsibilities:** - Establish direct relationships with employees working from the office - Act as a single point of contact for employees for issue resolution and workspace changes within the premises - Respond to and close all service tickets and feedback within defined SLAs - Share observations on any misalignment to defined guidelines for using office amenities - Conduct periodic connects with all points of contact from different business units to understand their service perspectives - Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations - Consolidate feedback for regular improvement implementation - Report concerns or patterns in employee feedback to the assistant workspace experience manager periodically - Encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success - Drive client-specific initiatives such as technology roll-outs, benchmarking, and best practices implementation - Ensure operations are aligned with financial processes and adhere to financial controls **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel & aviation industry, or coworking spaces - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet changing client needs - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet all the requirements.
