Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operations management and vendor partners to maintain a large, modern, and upscale office space. Your role will also involve enforcing quality assurance for cleanliness and ensuring alignment with the Workspace Experience team to create customer delight. Key Responsibilities: - Assign duties to team members and inspect work for conformity to cleanliness standards - Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication with clients, other departments, and housekeeping staff - Maintain clear communication and coordination with engineering and front-of-the-house teams - Schedule carpet, upholstery, deep cleaning projects, and window cleaning - Plan and schedule major cleaning projects periodically - Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock - Coordinate with vendor partners for services like pest control, horticulture, and floor maintenance - Address concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective actions - Ensure proper key control procedures are followed by the staff - Submit repair and maintenance requests for cleaning equipment - Schedule and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works and audit completed works by vendors with AMC contracts Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field - Minimum 6+ years of experience in soft services, facilities, or hotel housekeeping - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet changing client needs - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Previous experience in leading teams,
