Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Working Drawings Specialist with extensive experience in creating detailed technical drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design detailing, materials, and construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare highly detailed working drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings for offices, residences, hotels, and other commercial spaces.
• Develop precise GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, ensuring compliance with architectural and interior design standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and contractors to integrate all technical aspects into the drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in construction documentation, including furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, electrical and plumbing drawings, and material specifications.
• Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve site challenges and provide technical support during execution.
• Work efficiently with AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software to produce high-quality drawings within deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• around 5 years of experience in producing detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and construction techniques.
• Experience in handling high-end residential, corporate, and hospitality projects.
• Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into accurate working drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
