Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Acquire and manage working capital customers (SMEs/MSMEs) to achieve business targets.
Drive new customer acquisition through market mapping, cold calling, and references.
Manage end-to-end credit proposals, documentation, and disbursement process.
Cross-sell liability, trade, insurance, and treasury products to existing clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring portfolio growth and quality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Management.
2–6 years of experience in working capital, business loans, or SME banking.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, credit assessment, and collateral evaluation.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
