WORKFRONT SUPPORT ANALYST

As a Workfront Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing Workfront configurations and implementations for the Life Sciences Group Marketing team. Your role will involve optimizing Workfront objects to meet business requirements, supporting testing plans, coordinating with different teams, and documenting processes for adoption and standardization. Key Responsibilities: - Support project management solutions to achieve LSG Marketing business objectives. - Configure Workfront objects to meet business requirements and understand reports and dashboards. - Test configured objects for successful launches. - Maintain effective communication with all LSG Marketing sub-teams. - Collaborate with Workfront Support Administrator and other Admins for a scalable environment. - Document processes for adoption, standardization, and alignment. - Standardize work intake processes to ensure content prioritization and routing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred or related work experience accepted. - 2+ years of experience as a Workfront system administrator or with other SaaS Project Management tools. - 1+ years of Project Management Experience. - 1+ years of Reporting and Analytics Experience. - Demonstrable ability to support an enterprise-level project management workflow platform. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work on concurrent projects. - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. - Effective communication skills at all levels of the business. - Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions. - Familiarity with digital marketing systems and platforms. - Understanding of data manipulation in systems such as Excel, Power Bi, and Smartsheets.
