As a Workfront Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing Workfront configurations and implementations within the Life Sciences Group Marketing team. Your role will involve understanding the Workfront framework and leveraging it to expand business objectives efficiently. You must be a quick learner, capable of adapting to various platforms and integrating them seamlessly. Your main responsibilities will include supporting project management solutions based on requirements that align with LSG Marketing business objectives. You will configure Workfront objects to meet business needs effectively, with a focus on generating insightful reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to create and execute testing plans for configured objects to ensure successful launches. Communication is key in this role, as you will be required to engage regularly with all LSG Marketing sub-teams using the Workfront instance. Coordinating with the Workfront Support Administrator and other Admins is crucial to maintaining a scalable environment for all users. Documenting processes for adoption, standardization, and alignment will also be part of your responsibilities, along with standardizing work intake procedures to enhance efficiency. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience and at least 2+ years of experience as a Workfront system administrator or with other SaaS Project Management tools. Experience in Project Management, Reporting and Analytics is preferred. Demonstrable skills in supporting an enterprise-level project management workflow platform, attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication are essential for this role. Moreover, you should be self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, capable of handling intensified situations with excellent judgment. A proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions and familiarity with digital marketing systems and platforms are advantageous. Knowledge of manipulating data in systems like Excel, Power Bi, and Smartsheets is beneficial for this position.
