Develop comprehensive performance test plans, strategies, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using LoadRunner to simulate user loads and measure system behavior. Expertise in preparing and executing load testing, stress testing, scalability testing, and endurance testing.
Monitoring system performance and resource utilization. Splunk knowledge and Dynatrace monitoring skills are preferred.
Identifying performance bottlenecks, root causes of performance issues, and providing actionable recommendations for optimization to development and operations teams.
Creating detailed performance test reports summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations
Collaborating closely with development, QA, and operations teams to understand performance requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance goals are met.
Communicate test results and insights to stakeholders effectively.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and methodologies.
