Job Description

As a Training Program Manager at Siemens, your role involves designing, implementing, executing, and monitoring upskilling programs for workmen in OGIS Goa to address skill gaps and future needs. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting relevant training, facilitating online courses, and certification programs to ensure workmen receive training aligned with the business goals and identified gaps. - Setting and conducting aptitude tests, evaluating the results for the assessment of workmen based on their categorized work. - Collaborating with HR, department heads, supervisors, and external training providers to develop and deliver effective training programs. - Managing budgets for training programs to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality learning outcomes. - Assessing the effectiveness of upskilling initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews of workmen. - Ensuring that training programs comply with industry regulations and norms. - Preparing reports for senior management review and maintaining records of training plans and sessions for individual workmen. - Leading initiatives to help workmen adapt to new technologies and evolving job roles.
