As a Workforce Services Specialist at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Support vertical by managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include closing faults and complaints within SLAs and assisting clients in their strategies for customer acquisition and growth.
