Workforce Planning Analyst-Resource Management-Supervising Associate

Role Overview: As a Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst - Supervising Associate at EY, you will be part of the Core Business Services (CBS) team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting various business enablement functions to ensure the organization runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will involve working with the Service Line Workforce Planning Leader and other teams to coordinate and run the Integrated Operational Workforce Planning tool and models. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you develop, analyze, and model operational, economic, and talent-related data to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the Service Line Workforce Planning Leader and SSL/competency leadership to implement the workforce planning strategy across service offerings. - Develop detailed headcount models aligning with financial planning targets to monitor attrition trends, promotion trends, and hiring needs. - Analyze tool output data, historic trends, and expectations to identify areas for further discussion. - Hold reporting discussions with stakeholders and present analysis in a format that enables strategic decision-making. - Create visualizations to explain complex concepts and develop logical frameworks for problem-solving. - Utilize probability theory and statistical methods for decision-making and demonstrate understanding of People Data Governance and Data Privacy policies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Workforce Planning preferred. - 5 - 8+ years of business experience, with at least 2 years in workforce planning, Talent, Finance, or Resource Management. - Strategic Workforce Planning certification is a plus. - Deep understanding of the service line and operating model. - Strong project management, analytical skills, and communication skills. - Experience in professional services, data supplier, or consulting environment.
