Workforce Management (WFM) professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain 

  capacity planning and forecasting models

  .
• Analyze historical data and trends to predict future workforce requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to optimize 

  staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution

  .
• Provide insights into workforce metrics and recommend improvements.
• Utilize 

  WFM systems and tools

   to generate reports and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure accuracy in workforce planning to meet 

  SLAs and operational KPIs

  .
• Contribute as an 

  individual contributor (CL-9)

   or as a 

  Subject Matter Expert (CL-10)

   depending on role level.

Career Levels & Experience:

• CL-10:

   Subject Matter Expert (SME) role | Minimum 

  5 years relevant WFM experience

   | Max CTC: 

  9.510 LPA

  .

• CL-9:

   Senior Individual Contributor (IC) / Potential Team Lead | Minimum 

  7 years relevant WFM experience

   | Max CTC: 

  1415 LPA

  .

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in 

  Workforce Management (WFM)

  .
• Proven experience in 

  Capacity Planning & Forecasting

   (mandatory).
• Knowledge of 

  WFM tools/systems

   and ability to create predictive models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
