As a Workforce Support Analyst for Workforce Software, your role will involve managing production support tickets and troubleshooting customer issues related to Time & Attendance functionalities. Your responsibilities will include: - Certified Workforce professional with Certifications PT101, PT 102, PT 103 - Managing production support tickets related to Workforce Software - Troubleshooting customer issues related to Time & Attendance functionalities - Analyzing error messages and system logs to diagnose problems - Researching Workforce Software-related issues, determining root cause, and recommending/implementing solutions - Documenting solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing - Monitoring job logs and taking corrective action as needed or reporting to the appropriate team for resolution - Answering user questions regarding functionalities and best practices for Workforce Software - Maintaining and updating lookup tables based on business requirements - Performing any other duties as assigned Additionally, the job location for this role is anywhere in India with hybrid work time.,
