As a Workforce Support Analyst (Workforce Software) in our organization, you will be responsible for managing production support tickets related to Workforce Software and troubleshooting customer issues specifically related to Time & Attendance functionalities. Your role will involve analyzing error messages and system logs to diagnose problems, researching Workforce Software-related issues to determine the root cause, and recommending/implementing solutions. You will be expected to document solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing, monitor job logs, and take corrective action as needed or escalate to the appropriate team for resolution. Additionally, answering user questions regarding functionalities and best practices for Workforce Software will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Furthermore, as a Certified Workforce professional with certifications in PT101, PT102, and PT103, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating lookup tables based on business requirements.
