Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Workflow Automation & Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows, ETL pipelines, and API integrations across our business systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data integration tools, API management, and process automation. Key Responsibilities Design and implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, Workato, Make, n8n, or Apache Airflow . Develop and manage ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data between systems and data warehouses. Integrate internal and third-party APIs to streamline data flows and reduce manual processes. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to gather integration requirements. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows and data pipelines for performance and reliability. Maintain clear documentation for all integration and automation processes. Ensure data integrity and security in all integrations. Required Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, ETL, or API integration roles. Strong experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, n8n, Make, Apache Airflow). Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, AWS Glue, dbt). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , webhooks , and OAuth authentication . Familiarity with Python , JavaScript , or another scripting language for custom logic. Experience with SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , GCP , or Azure . Knowledge of message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Familiarity with iPaaS platforms or enterprise integration patterns. Experience working in agile teams or using Jira/Confluence.
