Advance Dental Export is a leading dental laboratory providing high-quality dental restorations to clients worldwide. We are currently looking for a motivated and organized graduate to join our team and help manage departmental workflow within our busy lab environment.

Role: Workflow Coordinator (Graduate Position)Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the daily workflow of dental lab cases
• Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
• Track progress of work across departments and resolve any workflow issues
• Maintain accurate records and case logs
• Communicate with other departments to streamline operations
• Identify areas for improvement and support process optimization

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any discipline – science, healthcare, or business preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Willingness to learn about dental lab processes (training provided)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, task management software)
