As a Workday Studio professional at this Hyderabad-based company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools. Your expertise in leveraging Workday Integration Hub capabilities will be crucial in optimizing and managing data flows between Workday and other enterprise applications. You will play a key role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing integrations to ensure they are functioning as intended. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and other IT teams, you will understand integration requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all integrations and promoting best practices within the team will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, a strong understanding of Workday's Integration Hub and its functionalities, expertise in integration technologies such as XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and API management, the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve integration-related issues, and strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
