As a member of the Digital and Technology HR Solutions Development team, your role will be to serve as the subject matter expert for global talent capabilities and processes, with a primary focus on talent acquisition. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting analyst resources for HR business process and technology projects - Providing day-to-day technical support for recruiting solutions - Demonstrating expertise in Workday Core HCM, recruiting, and talent - Offering Workday subject matter functional expertise for support and development, including configuration, calculated fields, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting - Leading the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday Recruiting module - Partnering with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions - Designing, configuring, and testing recruiting workflows, job requisition templates, offer letter templates, advanced reporting, and system integrations - Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes using Workday capabilities - Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related queries for end users - Executing configuration changes, system patches, and upgrades; conducting testing and validation - Developing and maintaining system documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials - Staying current on Workday updates, best practices, and industry trends - Leading process and functional discussions while collaborating with various teams and vendors Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years of strong experience with Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition configuration - Experience working in a global company - Extensive understanding of the Workday Recruiting lifecycle - Proven expertise in business process design and security configuration - Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications - Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of technical solutions - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Preferred skills/experience include: - Highly organized individual with a process improvement and client service mindset - Ability to work successfully with global, cross-functional project teams - Ability to train and lead others - Results-oriented with a track record of accomplishments - High initiative and passion for improving business systems and processes Additional details about the company benefits include: - Work-life balance - Opportunity to work with one of the Big4 companies,
