Design and configure compensation structures including salary plans, hourly plans, allowance plans, and compensation packages.
Set up compensation grades, grade profiles, and pay ranges.
Configure eligibility rules for compensation plans based on job profiles and organizational hierarchy.
Implement business processes for compensation events (e.g., merit increases, bonus payouts).
Develop and maintain integrations related to compensation using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Compensation configuration.
Knowledge of Advanced Compensation components (Salary Planning, Bonus, Incentive Plans, Stock Plans).
Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.
Experience in Workday reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
