Workday Integration Consultant_ Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate at Huron, you will be a crucial part of client-facing projects, where your primary focus will be on interacting with clients, project management, data analysis, creating client presentations, and supporting the development of Analysts and coachees. Your role will involve spending 80% of your time on client interaction, project management, data analysis, and presentation creation, while the remaining 20% will be dedicated to developing team members, participating in practice development, and handling administrative tasks. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Demonstrated delivery within technical workstreams of 3 or more HCM, Financials, or Higher Education implementations for at least two phases - Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline, or relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience - Willingness and ability to travel for business needs and work extended hours as required Preferred qualifications include: - Current Workday Integration and Studio certification - Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing Workday Integrations using various technologies such as Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration quickly - Capability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical aspects - Strong analytical skills for translating information and requirements into documentation and solution design - Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies - Experience with software tools like Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc. Join Huron as a Senior Associate and embark on a rewarding journey of professional growth and development.
