Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Pune based Workday Integration Analyst to join our People Digital team in Corporate Technology.

Team/Group Description

People Digital are a team of technical business partners and product owners who provide end to end solutions, project management, business analysis, systems administration, development, and production support for the People Team in the areas of HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruitment, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits. People Digital primarily provides support for all aspects of the global implementation of Workday and supports all People team related technology products.

Role Description
The Workday Integration Analyst s primary responsibility will be the maintenance and support of integrations within Workday system. This role will collaborate closely with IT, People, and Finance colleagues to ensure our data and systems work seamlessly together.

Applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports
Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Performance & Talent, Learning, Reporting & Analytics, Extend as well as other supplemental systems both internally built, and vendor supplied.

Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Integration Design & Development

• • Design, build and maintain Workday integrations using Cloud Connect, EIB, Studio and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).

  • Develop and maintain integrations with external vendors (Benefits, travel, compensation, recruiting, etc.)

  • Translate business requirements into technical integration designs.

  • Develop outbound integrations and support the creation of data pipelines and reporting datasets.

• Integration Maintenance & Monitoring

• • Monitor integration alerts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Perform regular health checks on integration performance and status.

  • Act as a technical point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding integration-related queries.

• Data Management, Security, & Compliance

• • Apply a strong understanding of calculated fields and their impact on reporting, security and performance.

  • Implement secure authentication and access controls.

  • Support data quality initiatives, audits and risk assessments related to integrations.

• Release Management & Testing

• • Conduct unit testing in non-production tenants before release to production.

  • Document integration changes and maintain version control.

  • Partner with the IT Delivery Test team to co-develop automated integration regression testing.

Qualifications

Experience, Education

• At least 4 years of combined experience in four or more of the following areas:

• • Workday Integrations - Web Services, XSLT, XML, Workday Studio, Core Connectors and BIRT, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

  • Workday Advanced Report Writing

  • Workday HCM

  • Workday Recruiting

  • Workday Security,

  • Workday Time & Absence

• Bachelor s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and support technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service protocols.

• Ability to build new Workday integrations and support existing integrations.

• Familiarity with Workday security models and data structures.
