Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement solutions using Workday HCM functionality.
Troubleshoot issues related to data migration, integration with other systems, and system configuration.
Develop technical documentation on how to use various features of the Workday platform.
Participate in project planning activities including estimating effort required for projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
Strong understanding of Business Processes and Technical Support skills are essential for this role.
