Workday Finance Functional Consultant

As a Workday Finance Functional Consultant at Huron, you will be part of a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change. Your role involves providing expert guidance and implementation support for Workday Finance. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, configure Workday solutions to meet their needs, and ensure a smooth deployment and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant with a successful implementation history. - Demonstrate strong expertise in Workday Finance modules, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Financial Reporting, and configuration of business processes/reports. - Be certified in Workday Finance (Pillar: P2P, R2R, or C2C) with a deep understanding of financial operations and best practices. - Showcase excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and configure Workday solutions accordingly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; MBA in Finance preferred. - Preference for exposure to additional Workday modules such as Expenses, Budgets, SCM, Inventory, Business Assets, Supplier Accounts. - High priority to candidates with C2C, Grants, and Projects module experience.
