Description
Key Skills: Workday, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Extend Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations and applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Develop and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST). Design and build applications using Workday Extend, with experience in delivering at least 2-3 Extend-based applications. Build and maintain Extend Orchestrations, including modeling business processes and ensuring seamless data flow across systems. Apply deep knowledge of Workday application and model components, security frameworks, and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML). Implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that support HR, Payroll, and other cross-functional requirements. Develop and optimize Workday reports using BIRT, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer to meet business reporting and analytics needs. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrations and system configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, and vendor teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and communicate progress effectively. Facilitate technical workshops and build consensus among business and technical stakeholders. Maintain thorough documentation for all integrations, including integration specs, data mappings, process flows, and operational procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely and efficient manner. Proactively share knowledge with peers and ensure a smooth handover of technical information and solutions. Stay current with Workday innovations and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business processes. Experience Requirments: Minimum 11 years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant with proven expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization. Exposure to Workday Orchestrate would be desired. Experience in building at least 2-3 applications using Workday Extend. Proficiency in building Extend orchestrations and modelling business processes. A strong understanding of app components, model components, app security, and authentication processes. Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST). Strong background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer). Experience with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance. Workday certified is a must. Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams. Collaborative workshop facilitator and consensus builder. Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and compliance. Proactive in knowledge transfer and maintaining technical documentation, including integration specifications, data mapping, and process flows. Qualifications: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
