Workday Data Conversion Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Data Conversion Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules and a strong understanding of data conversion , validation , and reporting processes . This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data during Workday implementations and upgrades . Key Responsibilities: Execute data conversion activities across Workday HCM , Recruiting , Advanced Compensation , and Absence Management modules. Utilize EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Worksheets to perform data import/export tasks. Conduct thorough data validation , debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and consistent data migration. Work with Workday organizational structures , including supervisory orgs and organizational charts. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality conversion results. Develop or support Workday custom reports , dashboards, and data extracts as needed. Provide hands-on support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover phases to resolve data conversion-related issues. Required Experience & Skills: 23 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM , including Recruiting , Advanced Compensation , and Absence Management modules. Strong proficiency with EIBs , Workday Worksheets , and understanding of Org Chart structures . Demonstrated skills in data validation , debugging, and issue resolution. Familiarity with Workday data models , Report Writer , and Calculated Fields . Experience with SQL and/or Python is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
