Must have skills : Workday Core Integrations, Workday Extend Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Workday extend experience and Workday core integration certification is mandatory Workday extend certification is preferrable Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes and applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Assist in defining requirements for applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create technical design documents for application development. - Manage and prioritize application development tasks. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of application designs. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Extend. - Experience with Workday Extend. - Strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations. - Experience in designing and developing Workday integrations. - Knowledge of Workday integration tools and technologies. - Experience with REST and SOAP web services. - Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.
