Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an independent contributor and work toward becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday integrations.
Engage actively in team design discussions, offering innovative technical input.
Analyze business requirements and design integration solutions using Workday Core Integrations.
Develop, test, troubleshoot, and deliver integration flows, transformations, and connector configurations.
Document integration processes, workflows, and performance metrics.
Adopt continuous learning in Workday release updates, integration best practices, and tooling enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and improvements to delivered integrations to ensure system continuity.

MustHave Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years handson experience
in Workday Core Integrations.
Solid grounding in application development methodologies (e.g. Agile, CI/CD).
Strong experience with integration tools and techniques relevant to Workday.
Proficiency with data mapping, transformation logic, and secure data exchange.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive problemsolving mindset.
High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

NicetoHave:

Certification in Workday Integration or related domain.
Experience with related Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).
Knowledge of EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, or similar connectors/tools.
Familiarity with broader Workday platform administration and extensions.
Domain experience in HR or payroll systems.

Qualification:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate
