**Job Description** As a Lead HRIS at Carelon Global Solutions (CGS), you will play a crucial role in optimizing the Workday Core HR and Compensation modules to support the business needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Leadership** - Serve as the lead advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Core HR and Compensation functionality, aligning system capabilities with business goals - Champion Workday best practices with Governance across the enterprise - Participate in the strategic roadmap planning for HR Technology focusing on scalability, automation, and compliance - **Functional And Technical Expertise** - Own the end-to-end configuration changes of core HR and compensation modules - Oversee complex Workday configurations to ensure they align with enterprise design, policy changes, and localized requirements - Gather and influence specific HRIS business application requirements to address complex business process needs - Develop and maintain HRIS solutions to address varied business process needs - Consult with business partners regarding HRIS applications and technology integrations - Lead projects impacting data maintenance on HRIS applications - Advise HR Business COE Stakeholders on information system design and utilization - Manage program and project implementations **Qualifications** - Bachelors or Masters Degree - Workday Certification will be an added advantage **Experience** - Minimum 5-7 years of functional Workday experience with expertise in Core HR and Compensation modules - Experience in at least one or two end-to-end Workday implementation projects **Skills And Competencies** - Workday Core HR and Compensation module expertise - Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation projects, HR data migration, and integrations - Strong consulting and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills for various audiences - Proficiency in HRIS, Program Management tools, and MS Office At **Carelon Global Solutions**, we believe in providing limitless opportunities to our associates, fostering an environment of growth, well-being, purpose, and belonging.
