Job Description

As a Workday Consultant certified/experienced in Workday HCM Core, you will play a crucial role in working with customers throughout all deployment phases and post-production support. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a Workday expert by contributing your knowledge in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. - Independently managing multiple projects in different phases effectively. - Engaging in sessions with customers to analyze their business requirements, provide recommendations, and develop solutions. In addition to the above responsibilities, your duties and tasks will involve: - Identifying strategies, risks, and options to meet post-production customer requirements. - Coordinating with project teams to ensure alignment with customer design decisions. - Providing regular status updates to customers, project teams, and management. - Mentoring other consultants and sharing product knowledge to enhance our practice. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following education and experience requirements: - Hold a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent. - Possess active Workday Certification in HCM Core. - Have hands-on experience in HCM Core implementation or support. - Demonstrate a detailed understanding of HCM processes. - Exhibit strong consulting and presentation skills to effectively manage customer expectations. - Showcase experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing requirements within multiple deadlines. - Bring at least 3 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant. **Must Have Skills:** - Workday HCM **Good To Have Skills:** - Workday Integrations - Workday Revenue Management,
