Workday Specialists Multiple Modules (Senior Associate / Manager)

Workday Experts across multiple modules

Available Skill Tracks (Apply for the one you specialize in):

1 Workday US Absence Management SME

12+ years in Workday Absence.
Strong configuration & solution design experience.
Ability to lead teams, review deliverables, and drive end-to-end implementations.

2 Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) – SME

Deep experience in FDM structures, mappings, transformation logic.
Strong understanding of data integrations & SDLC.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide strategic data solutions.

3 Workday Adaptive Insights – SME

Strong experience in planning, modelling, reporting & dashboarding.
Ability to convert business requirements into scalable system designs.
Excellent skills in workshops, stakeholder management, and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities (Common Across All Roles):

Act as
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for your Workday module.
Lead teams, guide decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide solutions to multi-team / enterprise-level problems.
Ensure alignment of deliverables with business & technology objectives.

Mandatory Criteria (Apply Only If You Meet These):

10–15+ years total experience

12+ years in relevant Workday module
