Workday Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a Workday Integration Consultant to design, build, and support integrations between Workday, global payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, SD Worx, Workcube), and other internal/external systems. The role involves working closely with HR, payroll, and technology teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Define, design, and develop integrations between HR systems, payroll vendors, and external/internal platforms.
  
• Build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Workday integrations using PECI, PICOFF, and Workday Studio.
  
• Perform ETL (extract, transform, load, validate) processes and manage large datasets using Excel, XML, XSLT.
  
• Design and develop custom reports; create queries/workflows using BIRT, OBI.
  
• Document functional and technical requirements for integration solutions.
  
• Apply object-oriented programming and integration technologies such as Java, .Net, SOAP/REST APIs, EDI.
  
• Work with middleware tools such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or WebMethods.
  
• Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Financial systems is preferred.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple projects.
  
• Good understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
• Hands-on Workday integration experience in an enterprise or consulting environment.
  
• Exposure to global payroll systems and HR technology landscapes.
  
• Ability to work independently and deliver in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
