Job Description

As a Senior Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Compensation, your role will involve leading the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM Compensation modules to meet client needs. You will oversee the integration of Workday HCM with existing systems, provide expert guidance on best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze client requirements to design tailored solutions for enhancing HR processes. Additionally, you will conduct workshops, monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain documentation to support future enhancements. Your proactive approach to understanding client needs and proposing innovative solutions will contribute to the company's growth and client satisfaction.
