About The Role

We are seeking a

Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

with strong expertise in

ShapeIn

and

Workday Core HCM

. The consultant will focus on the

operations, development, and integration

of the ShapeIn application with Workday and SAP systems, ensuring smooth HR and compensation processes for the client.

Key Responsibilities

ShapeIn Operations & Development: Manage, support, and enhance the ShapeIn application for the client.
Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between SAP and Workday Core HCM systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, client stakeholders, and the internal Workday Core HCM support team.
Problem-Solving: Resolve technical and functional issues within ShapeIn and related integrations.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solutions, processes, and integrations.
Support: Provide operational support for ShapeIn while coordinating with Core HCM specialists for Workday support.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with ShapeIn and Workday Core HCM.
Knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation processes and integrations.
Ability to work effectively with international teams and clients.
Experience in SAP-Workday integration scenarios.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
