Job Description

POSITION Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

LOCATION Offshore Remote India (Must Live in India only no Outside candidate will be considered)

DURATION 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation.
Strong expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans.
Prior experience with India payroll and compensation practices.
Ability to translate HR/Compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience with testing, validation, and merit cycle execution.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Experience working on global merit cycles with regional variations.
Workday HCM Core knowledge.
Workday certification in Compensation/Advanced Compensation.
Experience with BIRT statement design and delivery in Workday.
