About The Role

Responsibilities

• Act as the business analyst and technical liaison between stakeholders and the implementation partner.
• Define business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Support configuration, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Datasphere integration, and data mapping.
• Lead UAT, troubleshoot defects, and validate data accuracy across systems.
• Serve as system administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning (roles, security, metadata, and hierarchies).
• Maintain and enhance planning models, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor and optimize integrations between Adaptive Planning, SAP S/4HANA, Datasphere, and Workday HCM.
• Support financial planning cycles, ensuring accurate and timely data flows.
• Train and support business users, document processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with Adaptive Planning and SAP innovations to propose enhancements.
  

Qualifications And Background

• 5 year and more IT experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 24 years of experience with EPM/CPM tools (Workday Adaptive Planning strongly preferred).
• Experience integrating EPM solutions with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Datasphere.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Hands-on administration experience: user roles, security, metadata management.
• Strong data analysis, Excel, and reporting skills (Office Connect/Adaptive Integration a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  

Preferred

• Workday Adaptive Planning certification or formal training.
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools SAP CPI or middleware (Boomi/MuleSoft), or ETL processes.
• Experience with automation or scripting for Adaptive Planning
