Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant

As a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Specialist at Jade Global, your role will involve configuring, administering, and optimizing the Absence and Time Tracking modules within the Workday platform. You will collaborate with HR, employees, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate management of employee time-off requests, leave administration, and time tracking processes. **Responsibilities:** - Configure and maintain the Workday Absence Management module, including leave plans, accruals, and absence-related workflows. - Maintain and manage Absences & Time Tracking related business processes, configurations, and key administrative features of Workday. - Troubleshoot reported issues and questions related to Absences & Time Tracking. - Collaborate with the business to understand their requirements and translate them into Workday and Adaptive configurations. - Act as a point of contact for employees regarding absence-related inquiries and provide guidance on leave policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** - 4 years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM, Absence & Time Tracking. - Certifications in Workday Absence and Time Tracking or related areas are a plus. - Extensive experience in configuring new Absence plans and Time tracking templates. - Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes. - Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.,
