Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and evangelise automation standards, templates, and reusable components
Oversee intake, prioritization, and execution of all Workato automation projects
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Train and mentor internal teams on Workato and automation best practices
Implement governance processes for recipe management, error handling, and change control
Monitor and report on automation KPIs, value realization, and ROI
Stay current with Workato product updates and industry trends

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of workflow automation, data integration, and API management
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
Strong organizational and project management skills

5+ years in automation, integration, or business process management, with 2+ years in a leadership or Centre of Excellence role
