• Perform tasks and projects remotely with accountability

• Communicate and collaborate with team members virtually
• チームメンバーとのオンラインでのコミュニケーション・協力
• Attend virtual meetings and provide regular updates
• オンライン会議への参加および定期報告
• Manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• 業務を効率的に管理し、納期を遵守
• Support business objectives through remote work initiatives
• 在宅勤務を通じて業務目標をサポート

• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined
• 自発性があり、整理整頓が得意で自己管理できる方
• Strong communication skills (English required, Japanese a plus)
• 高いコミュニケーション能力（英語必須、日本語歓迎）
• Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.)
• Zoom、Slack、Teams 等のリモートツールに慣れている方
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• 自律的に業務を遂行でき、期限を守れる方
• Prior remote work experience is a plus
• 過去のリモート勤務経験があれば尚可
