Work Force Management Manager

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of business excellence professionals focused on workforce management processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing workforce management data (scheduling, staffing levels, productivity) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. - Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimize workforce management practices, enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and employee engagement. - Partnering with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of workforce management improvements with broader talent management strategies. - Managing development and execution of workforce management-related business excellence projects. - Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and allocating resources effectively to ensure successful project completion. - Monitoring project progress, identifying & mitigating risks, and ensuring projects meet established goals and deadlines. - Developing and delivering training programs/workshops on best practices in workforce management and business excellence methodologies for employees. - Tracking and reporting the impact of business excellence initiatives on workforce management metrics and overall organizational performance. You should possess the following skills: - In-depth understanding of workforce management including scheduling, budgeting, staffing models, and employee engagement strategies. - Experience with planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. - Advanced proficiency in data analysis techniques, root cause identification, and development of data-driven solutions. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree (required). - Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce management, including leading improvement initiatives. - Certifications in workforce management (preferred).,
