What Youll Do Front-End Development: code responsive and user friendly websites from the designs created by our UX designer and approved by our Head of Brand, Develop custom WordPress code to expand the website functionalities, customize page posts, connect and integrate API functionalities, Website Administration and Back-End Optimization: maintaining and updating themes, libraries, plugins and core files Managing back-end service, database configuration and CMS set up for optimal performances, Technical Support: Troubleshooting website issues, resolving bugs, and providing technical support to users and internal teams, Security: Implementing and maintaining website security measures to protect the website against threats, Website performance optimization: Identifying and implementing measures to improve website performances across different browsers and devices to adhere to industry standards such as Googles Core Web Vitals, Page Speed Insights and Page Experience, Manage content uploading and updating adhering to SEO best practices following the guidelines defined by the Head of Digital Marketing, Implement technical SEO plans as approved by the Head of Digital Marketing (sitemaps, canonical tags, hreflang alternate URLs etc), Must Have 10+ years experience with WordPress development, Excellent knowledge of WordPress Core Architecture, Excellent knowledge of HTML5 (semantic HTML), CSS3 ideally with Bootstrap or Tailwind, PHP and JavaScript (vanilla js, ES6), Excellent knowledge of MySQL databases, Previous experiences with API integration (REST, GraphQL) Experience with code version control platforms such as GitHub or SVN, Our employees are our top priority, we offer comprehensive health and wellness plans You will enjoy paid time off and company holidays, flexible and remote-friendly opportunities, At Provenir, we recognize that diversity and inclusion make our teams stronger We are committed to equal employment opportunity and welcome everyone regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, domestic partner status, citizenship, or veteran status or medical condition We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply,
