About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking WordPress Developer to join our in-house marketing team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and managing multiple websites owned by Xcelore, Exei, and Xcelight. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging web experiences that support our branding, marketing, and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage responsive WordPress websites for internal brands (Xcelore, Exei, Xcelight).
• Customize WordPress themes and implement advanced features using PHP, JavaScript, and animations.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and responsiveness.
• Work closely with the design and content team to bring visual concepts to life.
• Handle plugin integration, troubleshooting, and regular site maintenance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior on all devices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for website enhancements and updates.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in PHP and WordPress development.
• Proven experience in WordPress customizations, theme implementations, and modern animations.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (essential).
• Experience with WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
• Familiar with basic UI/UX principles and has an eye for design.
• Able to independently manage website development tasks and timelines.

Good to Have:

• Basic working knowledge or understanding of React.js.
• Previous experience working in digital marketing or small website development agencies.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,507.05 - ₹7,603.57 per month
