About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in WordPress plugin development, Webflow, and custom coding, with a solid understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and visually appealing websites using Webflow and WordPress.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress plugins with clean, scalable code.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver functional, high-performance solutions.
• Implement custom features and third-party integrations using APIs.
• Maintain and optimize existing websites for speed, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Test and debug websites and plugins across browsers and devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow (design & development).
• Strong expertise in WordPress development and custom plugin creation.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Core PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with WooCommerce and payment gateway integrations.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration methods.
• Familiarity with Laravel framework (a plus).
• Knowledge of Git/version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, SiteGround, Kinsta, etc.).
• Must have a desktop/laptop and stable internet connection for development work.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Laravel-based CMS or applications.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for design handoffs.
