Core Responsibilities:

Website Development: Designing and building the structure and functionality of WordPress websites.
Customization: Modifying WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
Integration: Integrating various tools and plugins to enhance website features and functionality.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving website issues, including performance and functionality problems.
Optimization: Ensuring website speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
Maintenance: Providing ongoing website support and updates.
Collaboration: Working with designers, content creators, and other team members.
Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates, security best practices, and industry trends.

Technical Skills:

Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Back-end: PHP, MySQL.
WordPress: Core functionality, themes, plugins, custom post types, custom fields, etc.
Responsive Design: Ensuring websites display correctly on different devices.
SEO: Understanding basic SEO principles.
Version Control: Using Git or similar tools.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues.
Communication: Effectively communicating with team members and clients.
Collaboration: Working effectively as part of a team.
