About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites with optimal speed, performance, and security. 2. Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client-specific needs. 3. Design and implement responsive, conversion-optimized landing pages tailored for lead generation and sales. 4. Build and manage marketing funnels using tools such as FlexiFunnels, ClickFunnels, and TagMango, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and email marketing platforms. 5. Assist with setting up and customizing Shopify stores for e-commerce clients. 6. Monitor and enhance page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience. 7. Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions across WordPress and Shopify platforms. 8. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to execute cohesive web and marketing strategies. 9. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web development and digital marketing. Required Qualifications & Skills: 1. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in WordPress development (agency experience preferred). 2. In-depth understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead capture strategies, and conversion tracking. 3. Practical experience with funnel-building tools like FlexiFunnels, ClickFunnels, and TagMango. 4. Proficiency in WordPress page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery. 5. Basic knowledge of Shopify store setup and customization. 6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. 7. Understanding of on-page SEO, site architecture, and performance optimization techniques is an added advantage. 8. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 9. Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills. 10. Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
