About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work on WordPress development. 2. Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues. 3. Audit websites for SEO issues and provide actionable solutions. 4. Handle performance & security. 5. Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, URL structure, etc.). Requirements: 1. Experience with WordPress hosting platforms (like Hostinger). 2. Familiarity with website migration, staging environments, backups, and updates. 3. Solid knowledge of on-page SEO (meta tags, schema markup, site structure, etc.). 4. Familiarity with backlink strategies and keyword research. 5. Experience with custom post types, page builders, and Gutenberg blocks. 6. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP. 7. Knowledge of REST API integration and third-party plugins. 8. Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Rank Math. 9. Experience with optimizing website speed (using tools like GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights). 10. Understanding of basic security practices and WordPress hardening.
