About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage daily content on social media platforms 2. Run email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Brevo 3. Write engaging, human-sounding copy for posts, emails, and campaigns 4. Create clean, scrollable graphics using Canva or Figma 5. Schedule posts, optimize captions, and respond to DMs 6. Support ad campaigns and assist in analyzing performance metrics 7. Tweak designs and layouts based on visual intuition and feedback Requirements: 1. Comfortable switching between tools and multitasking in a dynamic environment 2. Strong visual sense and attention to design aesthetics 3. Willingness to learn and figure things out independently 4. Prior experience running or managing a small page, newsletter, or brand (even informally) 5. Strong ownership mindset and eagerness to grow Additional Information: 1. Remote-first role; being based in India is a plus 2. Ideally, a full-time role; flexible setups possible for the right candidate 3.
